Basic customer & technical support, limited knowledge base for troubleshooting issues leading to frequent trouble tickets, etc. Help tickets are answered in a timely manner but due to how numerous these are submitted, they begin to feel redundant and annoying. Recommended website creation and management skill level of intermediate for creation, and advanced for management using the client hosting menu options.
Good hosting, works as expected. I especially like the automatic Let's Encrypt SSL feature, which is a must nowadays. So many providers want to sell SSL certificates at too high prices, you need to really check carefully they have free SSL like Starthost. Anyway, no complaints so far.
really great for such a bargain. unlimited space hosting. however the caveat is that you cannot store a series of large files in one folder. they'll detect it. also there is SSH access and now Git access. makes it great for CI CD development. the SSH access is a bit limited too. you are not allowed to do sudo commands of course and the working directory is not there.
